1. Introduction

Welcome to ChatGPT Image 2. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of chatgptimage2.com and our AI image generation tools, features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

ChatGPT Image 2 provides an AI-powered image generation service based on OpenAI's gpt-image-2 model. The Service allows users to submit text prompts, image inputs, and related instructions to create, edit, or transform images.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI unless expressly stated. OpenAI's technology and policies may apply to content processed through the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Promotes violence, self-harm, exploitation, terrorism, or criminal activity.

You are responsible for evaluating whether your use of Output is lawful and appropriate.

We do not guarantee that Output will be unique, copyrightable, accurate, suitable for any specific purpose, or free from third-party claims.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. The Service may not always follow your prompt exactly, and similar prompts may produce different results.

You should not rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, identity verification, or other professional decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all Output before use.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers, including OpenAI, to process prompts, images, and related data. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms, policies, and technical limitations of those providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, models, infrastructure, policies, outages, or changes that may affect the Service.

9. Payments, Credits, and Usage Limits

If the Service offers paid features, credits, subscriptions, or usage-based billing, the applicable pricing and terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable after credits or paid features have been used.

We may apply rate limits, generation limits, file size limits, content filters, or other technical restrictions to maintain service quality, safety, and availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatGPT Image 2 and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or content arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the three months before the claim arose, or USD $100 if you have not paid us.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChatGPT Image 2 and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your Input, your use of Output, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, or used the Service unlawfully or abusively.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
